We've currently updated our refund policy from 30-Days to 7-Days, however from the time you wrote the review we still were under the 30-Day refund policy. If you had requested or cancelled your Helium. 10 subscription during the 30-Day window, our team would have confirmed the cancellation and refunded your payment. Hi Hassan! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback, we appreciate it. Firstly, we'd like to apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this issue may have caused. I do see that you have already been in contact with our Support team in the past and that they've offered to refund you up to 2 months of payment. To address some of your concerns in your review - you stated that you have contacted us on several occasions trying to cancel your subscription. However, based on our records, there are no records of prior requests to cancel the subscriptions nor, the event logs on the subscription show that there was intent to cancel the subscription at all. At Helium 10, we are more than happy to assist users even if they are wanting to pause or cancel their subscription. Secondly, our Support team has informed you that we are not "blocking you out". The email you provided us was not associated to your login credentials for your Helium 10 account but rather your billing email address. Our team assisted you in looking into our back end of our system to help you find your login credentials and updating it to the email address you provided. Our Support team has cancelled your subscription and refunded the last payment made as well as offered a refund up to 2 more months!
