Hi Alex! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We appreciate it, feedback like yours is important to us and it helps us make improvements across the overall company. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and trouble you went through but maybe I can explain some of the reasoning behind why you saw the columns were blurred out on the tool Cerebro. While Platinum users do have full functionality of Cerebro, there are new features that we release for our higher tier plans such as Diamond - we give a sneak peek/teaser to our other plans about the potential data points/filters that are available. Users can move the blurred columns or remove them completely if they don’t wish to see it! That being said, I understand your frustration and can definitely sympathize with you. I’ve relayed this feedback to our team so that they are aware. Again, we’d like to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused and if there’s anything we can do to further assist/remedy your issue/concerns please feel free to email me at [email protected]. Thank you Alex! Have a great rest of your day.

If you have already cancelled your paid plan with us, you should not have been charged any further. However, if you had paused your subscription and your subscription renewed, then you would have been charged either for your monthly or annual plan. Hi KC! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest review, we greatly appreciate it! That being said, we'd like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered with us. We do offer the option for our users to pause their subscriptions with us - this duration can be for 1,3, or a 6 months pause. After your pause duration ends, you should receive an email three days in advance stating your subscription is renewing. For cancellations, users can cancel anytime without contacting a Support agent or manager. Our users would simply go into their Plans page and click the Cancel button and would follow the flow. I would love to hear more about your issue and to take a look with any support tickets you have with us to come to a remedy to your issue. If interested, please email me directly at [email protected] with your Helium 10 account information! Thank you again KC and I look forward to hearing from you. Have a great day!
