Helium 10 Unethical Subscription Policy - STAY AWAY!!! TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARDS OUT OF THEIR SYSTEM!!! Their Data might be useful to Amazon sellers, but their Subscription Policy is really a SCAM. I have different teams, so I have subscribed to several Helium 10s. One of my Helium 10 accounts I canceled in November 2022 and asked the Helium 10 Agent in chat to remove all my bank info from this account as I could not remove it. But today I found a charge of more than $2000 for one year Diamond Plan for this account, and that I did not do. I contacted Helium 10 and they said they could not cancel. This was just within a day, really??? They even encouraged me to dispute the case with the bank. It looks like they are ready for this with their terms & conditions. This is really a SCAM. When I checked Google, so many people liked me. I will fight with them, work with my lawyer and report to The Federal Trade Commission. If you face the same issue, DO NOT LET IT GO. REPORT ON THIS & REPORT TO The Federal Trade Commission. STOP them from the unethical plans, too many people lost money because of THIS.

Not a surprise at all after reading the other reviews, you are supposed to subscribe and paid a plan before even trying the tools. The only thing that Laila, the customer rep offered me was a 7-day money back guarantee in case the product is not what I expected. However, after seeing these reviews, am I supposed to just trust your (maybe inexistent) refund policy? It is amazing how with this premium price you are supposed to accept the "trust me bro, my product is what you need".

What a shocking company. They're customer service is non existent. They simply do not care about customers. They will not answers your responses by email to any issues, they don't care. I have waited 12 hours for a response from support on a new account I have just started and i don't have access to their tools they simply do not work. They were super quick in taking my money but they are super slow in resolving any problems you have using their service. I'm now going to wait a second day to try and get it all cancelled and no doubt there will be issues there as well. Don't believe the videos and the hype around them I did and I didn't read the reviews on here. if I had I wouldn't have signed up. Stay away there are much better tools out there and companies that will treat customers with respect, stay away I say.

I honestly hate helium 10. I've been using their service for 4 years. I quit my Amazon business and stopped paying for the their service. My partner accidentally resubscribed and I didn't realise. I didn't use the service at all for the month and I asked for a refund and they denied it. Honestly the shittest customer service. I've been with you guys for over 4 years and given you thousands of dollars and you can't be courteous and refund 1 simple accident. It was sent to their billing team who sent me a passive aggressive email with screenshots of the policies saying they don't do refunds when I clearly did not use any of the tools for that month. What a joke and a waste of money. Way to take advantage of the little guy.

Aber bevor Sie den Dienst abonnieren, machen Sie nicht den gleichen Fehler wie ich und tun Sie sich selbst einen Gefallen. Horrible Customer Service! Don't even have a phone number to call. I put the subscription on hold to decide if I want to keep using the software. The same day I resubscribe then decide to cancel before the end of the day customer support from the email WON'T REFUND! I ask to talk to management AND THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE THE EMAIL AFTER SAYING THEY CANNOT REFUND. I am not using the software and it was same day of re-subscription. Swindlers, very POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

I regret not checking reviews for this company before I signed up. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT sign up for any paid Helium 10 plans! Helium 10 is an unethical company with onerous policies and little care for their customers. Once you sign up for what you assume is a monthly subscription, they will hold you hostage and continue billing you for several months -- even if you are not using the service or attempt to cancel at renewal. They don't communicate their policies in your confirmation email or invoice and actually disable self-serve ability to cancel from their own website. I've never seen anything quite like it. A lot of amazon FBA influencers get paid to shill for Helium 10 and offer promo codes to their community. I fell for it, but even at 50% off the service is trash and they make money by charging customers who want to leave. Trust me, try Jungle Scout or AMZSkout instead. Update: they posted a response, i reached out to Sean and no one replied. they don't care to fix any issues just pretend that they are opening up the channel of communications. What a joke!
