AVOID HELIUM 10 AT ALL COSTS!!! So I cancelled my Helium 10 membership, and they're doing the typical corporate theft tactic of continuing to charge me $99 / month. If you have an Amazon Registered Brand, you can pretty much get the same keyword info, for free.

Unprofessional customer service. They challenge you not helping you. I subscribed for a month because I had plans to launch my Amazon business. But, things didn't go right with the current slow market so I decided to cancel the subscription. I wanted to cancel the subscription the day before the renewal date but when I checked my email I saw that they already charged me. I was traveling overseas and the time difference confused me. I kindly contacted the customer service of helium10 to explain the situation, and she was incredibly rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and rejected to refund me the amount of $77! When I told her (Arianne) I will file a dispute, she was very confident to tell me go ahead and that and we will respond to the dispute and we will see the bank decision. They know very well how to challenge you and rip your money off. Becarful when you work with people like that. When the customer service fail to help you that means they do not care about even the service they offer. I did not realize that they have 3.9 stars on trust pilot and I will never or recommend anyone to use them again. I will post a ripoff report and google review as well after finishing this review. For helium10 team. If you are responding by saying contact us to talk about it. Or anything like that but offering refund. Please save your time because I am not interested. Scam.

Ho chiesto il rimborso di un abbonamento che era stato fatto automaticamente e di cancellare l'account perché non lo uso e mi hanno detto che in base alla loro politica non potevano nemmeno farmi un rimborso e la cosa peggiore è che non potevano cancellare l'account, volevano solo metterlo in pausa per 3 mesi. È il peggior servizio che ho trovato in base alle politiche di rimborso ed è progettato per farvi lavorare con loro a prescindere da tutto.

Sei mesi fa ho messo in pausa l’abbonamento. il 30/10 mi scrivono per comunicarmi che entro 7 giorni avrebbero ripristinato l’account. Subito scrivo una mail per chiedere la cancellazione dell’abbonamento. Ieri mattina l’abbonamento è stato attivato. Servizio clienti inesistente!!! Pessimo
