Helium 10 is a big scam and some dumb faces sitting on their billing support. This girl ANA JOY, don't even know what IP is and just sent me a copy paste message that multiple accounts requesting refund from same IP which is a BIG LIE. When I asked them to give me a proof and they then talk illogical and never give you any proof because they don't have proof. Helim10 14 days free trial is a completely fraud. H10 is a big fraud.  Never use it.

EDIT: As of January 2025 there is still no resolution, and they won't respond. On January 5th "Kaye Barsalote" wrote me back to say "Please allow us up to 24 hours for an update". It's now January 25th, still no response. I even 'bumped' the ticket 3x. WtAf is wrong with these people?!?!? ORIGINAL: There have been multiple problems through the years. Here's what I'm dealing with right now that's driving me to finally leave the review... If you move your child asin to a new parent you need to MANUALLY move/duplicate all your keyword tracking to the new parent. Here's the kicker, in 2024 I started using the notes/tags features so I can know the relevant changes I've made and see how it affects rankings. These lovely amateurs never thought to make it possible to move/duplicate/export your tags/notes. I'm not happy about having to do it manually, but in theory you can duplicate the keywords to the new parent, and then go back and manually add all your notes/tags. But there's a catch, this requires DOUBLE the amount of keyword allotment space, which I do not have because I already use my whole plan. They want me to PAY to upgrade because their 💩 coding does not have a copy/duplicate/export feature. It is peak Christmas season and I have 677 keywords that are not tracking AT ALL (even though I have PAID for them), because currently they're stuck under the old parent that no longer exists. And instead of Helium just simply adding 677 keywords to my plan for a couple days, I am now here writing this. I even told them they can take the keywords off after a couple days so I can have a chance to manually duplicate all the notes/tags myself. That would just be too logical and sensible. I guess yet another 1-star review is what they'd rather have.

Their follow up (product review automation) didn't work. They spent a whole week telling me they are fixing it but they haven't. Customer service is woeful different over seas agents each time who don't know what's going on. Also it takes weeks to get up to speed on all the different tools so a lot of time wasting while you are actually paying!

Their policy is to trap you into the subscription by not allowing you to cancel immediately after the transaction customer service is a joke and send prolonged emails about how they care about the service being seamless and satisfactory while basically telling you that they have your money and they won’t refund it because of some policy that is not written anywhere. Very surprised by the experience that could only be compared to an online scam.

the BEST thing is JUNGLE SCOUT helium 10 kept charging me even though I cancelled the subscription. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER

Really disappointed with the customer service. They automatically renewed my product. I told them within 24hours that I didn't want this and they refused to refund me. Can't recommend because of this very poor customer service.

This is a massive scam, do not go anywhere near it and I believe any good reviews on here are probably written by them. I did not pay money out as it was free registration but the customer service won't answer even after sending numerous messages, the Mentor will block you after a day and won't answer any questions. I know some people have lost money, thank goodness I didn't, just a warning to anyone who comes across it. I have screenshots of this fake company but not sure if I can post pictures on here, SCAM SCAM SCAM, Avoid at all cost. One star is too much but you can't leave zero star on here. There is no such thing as easy money, not online with so many praying sharks. Good luck people, and stay safe. Don't be fooled by these charlatans, they are devious liars praying on desperate people. I just needed to earn a bit of extra cash to survive, they will build up your hopes then deceive you, steer clear.

They make it very difficult to cancel subscription so they auto renew and then still charge even though they can see I’ve not used the tool for 6 months, ridiculous to not be able to claim back
