super easy process. filled out the forms sunday night, got my tracking number by tuesday. down a few pounds already and no terrible nausea.

Easy of use and great Custer service and response time.

the medication itself is fine and i am seeing the scale move. my only minor issue was that shipping was delayed for a couple of days. support team is top-notch though and answered my questions instantly, but the fedex delay itself was a bit annoying.

UPDATE: I am adjusting my original review because HeliMeds did ultimately resolve the issue. I want to be fair when a company makes an effort to correct a bad experience, and in this case, they did. After several weeks of back-and-forth, HeliMeds ultimately refunded me for the medication I received that arrived extremely hot. I appreciate that they eventually listened to my concerns and made the situation right financially. That said, I do still believe this took far longer than it should have. The concerns I raised in my first or second email were the same concerns I was still trying to get addressed weeks later. I shouldn't have had to repeatedly explain the condition the medication arrived in, my previous experience with their medication, or why I was concerned about a nearly $900 shipment arriving at over 117°F. Customer service isn't just about the final resolution. It's also about how a customer is treated while trying to get there, and I do think there is room for improvement in that area. However, they did ultimately come through and refund me, and I believe that deserves to be reflected in my review. While the process was frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out, I appreciate that HeliMeds eventually resolved the situation. For that reason, I am adjusting my original review accordingly.

On my first order, they were always very responsive to messages and the medication worked great. I paid for a refill and it arrived very warm and the ice packs were hot. I immediately messaged them. I have yet to receive a response to my 4 messages I sent to them. This refill isn’t working like the first one. My food noise is 100% back. I’m not having any weight loss because of the food noise. I definitely will not be ordering anymore refills and will tell my friends not to bother ordering from here. I wasted almost $800 for an infective batch and the company isn’t responding to my messages. I’m very disappointed. I don’t really have this type of money to just throw away and I basically feel like that is what I did. Highly disappointed! Edited to add: they did end up refunding me for the order, so based on that I’m changing from one star to five. However, I’m just leaving my original review up.

Great customer service!

The website is very easy to use. The questions that are asked are very good in order to match the medication to what I was needing. This is the third time I have ordered from them. The deliveries are on time and well packaged. Very happy with the success I have had so far.
