You have a terrible product.
You have a terrible product. It caused me terrible gastrointestinal problems, many visits to different doctors and multiple medications to get me “unclogged”, it took over a month to get me regulated. CAM

Promised to sale glp1 at the same…
Promised to sale glp1 at the same price and that was a lie. Price went up dramatically on second order.

Do not waste your money
I trusted Helimeds with a 3‑month compound semaglutide plan and regret it. Despite taking the medication exactly as directed and making real changes to my eating habits, I didn’t lose a single pound. The dosing they provided was extremely low or non existent and clearly ineffective. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience. Previously used Goby meds and lost 50 lbs.

I STILL haven’t received my order
I STILL haven’t received my order. It was shipped 2nd day air with FedEx on 1/27/26 and today is 2/1 and it hasnt arrived. I assume they are shipped 2nd day air to insure that the medicine is kept at a certain temperature. I do not want to inject something into my body that has been compromised! ESPECIALLY for what I paid!! Can someone help me get a new order shipped out?

Business with bad Pharma
I’ve been using compounded Semaglutide from another company and switched based Helimeds awesome price point. What I received was basically injecting water. Even attempting to adjust the dosage there were absolutely no benefits of the Semaglutide. Appetite resumed in full force, no delayed gastric emptying, food noise was loud and clear. If you have ever taken a proper Semaglutide product you know what I am talking about. It’s a pharmacy issue. Spoke with customer service and after a month of back and forth there is nothing they can do about it. So Helimeds has a customer service that just cannot do much due to the pharmacy they choose to do business with. $600 for injectable water. Not cool.
