Erin in the customer service center of my neighborhood HEB store at the corner of Slaughter and Manchaca Road in Austin, Texas made me another satisfied H-E-B customer today! Also, today, Krissy Mangus, who is the service admin lead at the H-E-B store on SPID in Corpus Christi… also made me another H-E-B satisfied lifetime customer. This is a great example of excellent customer service, where two stores worked together to make the customer happy. Diane and I left behind several items after shopping at the Corpus Christi store yesterday and didn’t notice it until we were well on our way. So today I called Chrissy told her about it and she gave me all the information I needed to go to my local H-E-B store and get a refund. I used the $14 refund to buy $14 worth of mega millions for tomorrow night in the $700 million jackpot… I’ll be happy to share! Happy, happy happy new year. Thanks to H-E-B!

I visited the HEB in Kingwood Northpark for curbside pick up. The line was long before I could park. However, the employees were prompt and courteous. Ricky was not only prompt and courteous, he pronounced my name correctly and smiled. He made my day because the smile the genuine and people rarely pronounced my name correctly. Shout out to Ricky and HEB Kingwood at Northpark.

I really love HEB but I want to know why is the Rotisserie chicken salad 9.99 a pound I spent 12.74 on one salad ridiculous it was 7.99 and some cheaper I know the prices have went up but this don’t make sense please bring down prices thanks.

I just to say HEB mi ed berries protein bars are the best protein I have ever eaten I buy 4 boxes at a time and when I dont have one my anxiety kicks in please never stop selling them. They are the outstanding and the price is great too. This is true a winner..

HEB it has the best quality on products and the cheapest prices on all DFW in Texas Everything here is amaizing Customer service,prodict,price, good location in Plano tx and Waxahachie tx Billones times better than Walmart, kroger, Thomas thum, etc, etc

I am new to TX and discovered H‑E‑B. This is an amazing grocery store! I can not believe the size. I have always had great products and service here in Houston TX. I am very disappointed in reading all bad reviews because of a single product that was purchased. I believe that if the reviews were rating the overall store it was be a 4.5-5 star. You can’t go wrong shopping here in person or delivery!!
