H-E-BReviews of heb.com

I love HEB but them charging for bags now will make me go to Randall’s from now on. I actually drove farther to go to HEB.

Heb on north Lamar needs quality limits on products bought it's ridiculous how much stuff people have in there baskets and leave the shelves empty

Curbside service had been great for a long time but it’s really lacking now. Last week I ordered cherries on my order and received grapes. Today, I ordered 4 ready meals to have for my lunches at work. 3 of the 4 expire tomorrow. I ordered chicken drumsticks and they didn’t have them so they subbed them with a rotisserie chicken. I was charged for the higher price of the drumsticks. The staff is nice and all but ready to start my own shopping again.

your mozzarella cheese brand "hill country fare" is the worse cheese ever, there are so many great brands out there ..this shredded cheese you use is really bad, replace it with a better brand

Tried your HEB brand Hayride breakfast sausage, one word yuck! I don’t know what the spice is but not very “Texas “ tasting. The only upside is it is for a limited time. Trying to save money, what a waste.

I am 4th generation loyal shopper at HEB for many years. I used to be proud of this store. But since the pandemic started l noticed that many good brands have been taken off the shelves. Some of the meats don't look fresh. The prices have gone exceedingly high. How are the elderly, single moms, and people on fixed income suppose to put good food on the table for our families? I just want the old HEB back!

Used to love H-E-B but now that they have swamped the store with substandard brands the prices are more that the brand name. Really needs to be another option to grocery shopping besides H-E-B.

I have been encountered price trick over years at 5225 Buffalo Speedway & 6055 South Fwy. Give an example, When products lebled on sale, but you actually been charged by full price, they were willing to correct if you snap a picture and show them the sale price.I pointed this issue many times, they would tell you they would fix it, BUT NEVER as far as I know.
