H-E-BReviews of heb.com

I have given these heb brand tamales a shot a few times and I seem not remember to give them a review well here it is these. Are The Worst Tamales on planet earth they have been he strangest after taste

Deli is a joke! They all are in conversation, or back is to you. I’m not the type to wait around so I speak up! And this seems to anger the staff. They all saw me standing there waiting to at LEAST be acknowledged. But they said Nothing. Does it hurt to say ‘ma’am” I’ll be right with you!? Desperate need training on People Skills!!!! I understand it’s the holidays and they’re extra busy, work in a different department if you don’t like people. Grocery stores are and will always be a place with lots of people. All I said was can I get some help, and it pissed the woman off in deli. I shopped at HEB in Seguin Texas.

If I could give half a star I would. I purchased the park wood fish sticks today. 24 piece at HEB Harlingen Tx and they were to put it lightly gross. No flavor at all and the bioengineered fish didn’t taste like fish at all. Is this how low HEB has come to save a buck and give low quality products for less. I’m sorry this was disappointing and I will never buy this product again and I let my family taste this so they know not to buy and shared on social media because H‑E‑B is failing Texans with these products. How do I get a refund

A store I went to on a regular basis; has now turned into never again for me and my family! The way I was handled and disregarded due to reporting bad gas that killed my car on a major freeway! I’m waiting to gather all documents & receipts to post everywhere possible! Since I received a pointless call from corporate offering a denial letter before all evidence was submitted. Hang tight! My representative will be speaking for me next time. Lives put at risk, an no consideration or regards was given. I have someone that sits high and look low.

This is the second time in 3 months I've had an issue with the HEB management at 2118 Fredericksburg road. They do not know how to provide customer service when there is a complaint. Their playbook is to gaslight the customer. My intelligence and my military service came into question when I was complaining on how I was treated. Different complaint same treatment. I am NOT HAVING IT!!

Decided to try the seasoned pork steaks from HEB but when I say whom ever seasoned them has a heavy hand. I’m very disappointed cause the cost of food isn’t cheap and my family couldn't eat it nor we be be eating the others we bought. Not recommended and don’t be buying again

H‑E‑B is a terrible grocery store. I’ve lived in 4 other states and have experienced Meijer, Publix and Fry’s. All 3 are better than H‑E‑B could hope for. They sell outdated food. Three times I have received tuna and chicken that already expired. The tuna is always a day away from spoiled. They do nothing not one thing for seniors. That is a crap company in my opinion. The selection is not good. I eat American food. They don’t sell a lot of it. Hello, H‑E‑B your in America!! It gets the worst grocery store award from me.

I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered the next day after I completed everything I realized I wasn’t able to add a card, I tried to call and add a note transferred 3 times and all they could say was they couldn’t do anything until the next day so I tried to cancel the order I couldn’t even do that! I work retail and know exceptions can be made( add a note to the am delivery’s is not hard) I’ve had other problems in the store but never said anything On top of that a 7.00 tip fee on top of delivery fee was added I’ve had problems before and hadn’t been in but since they were right across the street I thought how can they screw up!!! Hopefully she likes the flowers and I can let her know they are from me but I’ll never shop there again
