I went to shop for my food at "HEB Woodlands location". where all the MEGA RICH SHOP.. I've spent $2000 plus there over past 1.5 months since we moved to the area. In 43 minuites from the time I parked in front of the HEB Store I was !!!!!!!!!! FORCED to spend !!!!!!!! $422.00 to pay the South County Wrecker Service, LLC for my impounded Jeep at their tow yard in the dark of night. $10.00 ATM Cash out Fee $9.00 Lift fee My Land Lord is a Exectuive at HEB for over 25 plus years .. The Lyft driver tells me this is very normal, these people got some scam going she says, her storey even get more scarry from what she tells me what happened to her in that same parking lot. Towing peoples cars while they are shoping at HEB is not a very honest way to make money ! Yes even the Store Managers of HEB that evening state, "yes the employees here have same problem" and we can not help you or them at all.We dont own the LOT ! Thats not possible or even believable right ?? sound very fishy As the horrible weekend progressed I opened my mouth and asked randem people around the area and YES its very well known. Even my LardLord the 25 year executive at HEB, he agreed these people are CROOKS ! MarketStreet the owner of the parking lot is cashing in on poor families that shop there. HEB and MARKET STREET shame on you... You will never see me there again and in fact I will be sharing this to anyone I come in contact with. I have all the proof including names and reciepts of this complete RIP OFF . No help for me = no more business from me for ever.. enjoy your cash machine guys you are all low lifes..

I had purchased a package of Sweet Karoline Blackberries last week. They were fresh and delicious. BUT When I returned to the store #05/048 for additional produce I spotted the Blackberries in the same display in the entrance and purchased another package. Upon arriving home I unpacked the bags and took the package of recently purchase Blackberries and rinsed them as is my practice. Surprise - there was a white mold substance in the package and many of the effected ones fell apart. I called the store to info product personnel that they might need to check the display and take whatever actions necessary. After waiting for a produce associate for over 12 minutes. This person said "oh really” must be something wrong. I just said, REALLY - well I guess I will have to inform all my friends and family to watch HEB produce very very closely.

We bought prepared Chicken Legs. They ranged in size from normal to turkey leg size… Tough & flavorless. Won’t get fooled again…!!! I wish this format allowed me to submit photos…

Store on 290 and barker Cypress, worst customer service they don t know how to do a return. I purchased marked down ready made meals and my husband got more of them so i thought i should return a couple of what i got. I went to return and they stayed 15 minutes to figure out how to return then told me these are markdowns the system wants you to give you the original price, we are not able to return it.i offered to pay the difference for them, they said they don t know how and this was supposed to be the cistomer aervice manager. Really doesn t make sense. If i can put no stars at all.

HEB doesn't make things right. Dropped griceries at wrong address. It's been on my acciunt wrong for ages but groceries always arrived. I didn't know it was wrong. Out $75 but they won't help BEWARE

Somebody robbed my bridge card at the store and I'm in Michigan and they're in Texas and they didn't even listen to me they didn't even care they just kept the money

We purchased 1 pound sliced brisket, pint of beans and pint of potato salad. The brisket was so greasy it soaked through the butcher paper onto the counter. The potato salad nor the beans were any better. We spent $48.00 and wound up throwing it all in the trash and had to eat a frozen pizza. We live outside the city and it was too far to take it back.
