We left a pack of beer in our cart. I called the sugar land location. They went overboard to help asking our cashier Julia to see if it was in our cart. They even looked at videos to help us. They called me back later to say the cart guys found it so I could pick it up. outstanding!!!

Went to the Allen location this morning. What a pleasant shopping experience. I know most people prefer to shop after 8 am, but it's a peaceful situation after 6 am. Angelly M. and the young man who bagged my groceries were kind and courteous.

I love HEB, but I love the most their menudo warm soup on Saturdays! Delicious, I wish the Buds location would have it, but I do not mind the drive to the next one, is so worth!👍

I was at Bay Colony HEB today in League city. An elderly gentleman emptied his items for check out but told the young gentleman that was checking him out that he might have to put something back, dependent if he had enough money to pay. The customer was 84 cents short. I was about to speak up and pay but the cashier reached in his own back pocket and grabbed $1 and paid the balance of the customers remaining bill. He did this without shaming the customer or act like it was slowing him down. The customer was very appreciative. This made my day witnessing the young generation helping out when someone is in need. Whomever his parents are should be so proud of how he acted today. So proud of him. His name was Matt H. I told one of the managers about the experience and that he was a good representative for HEB and their history of helping.

Every time I’ve shopped at H-E-B, I’ve been pleased. They have the best meat, including prime grade, and the freshest fruits and vegetables. I love the variety and the fact that they have many product lines that are made here in Texas.

Our experience with Online orders with store pick up have been good. Items such as meet and vegetables where we don’t see what they had to choose from can’t fault the folks filling the orders. I worked grocery during my high school and first 2 college years so I base my store experience (customer service cleanliness and presentation) based on what my managers expected of me in the late 70s and early 80s and the 2 HEB stores we shop at do well. I am happy that our HEBs have plenty of cashiers with only a few self checkouts so exiting is quick.

My experience has never been anything but great. I shop at HEB every day. For me, it’s like going to my own personal refrigerator.😊 This is because it’s so fresh and i love fresh soup that gets the appetite settled far cheaper than eating out everyday. Wonderful cashiers and wonderful food servers and tasting cooks. Some of their names that are cashiers are Sonia, Delores, the managers, the cell repair man, the wonderful ladies in the bakery, the helpful managers in the Red shirts, the janitor, Earnest, the security officer, the wonderful young men and women that work the HEB delivery load-up at the store. I love the way HEB tries to provide everything in the nut dept. this is my experience at the 10919 Louetta store. Located at Louetta and hwy 249 in houston TX in case you want to experience this wonderful store. Oh and I must say something about the wonderful company that delivers for HEB. Fair prices and and thoughtful distance in neighborhoods. I also love the way the employees work together as a team. Even the very busy pharmacy techs and and the guys that bring in the baskets with the straps as they pull the baskets back into the store for our use. I’ve NEVER been so impressed by a store as I have at MY HEB. By that I mean the one in my neighborhood. Sometimes my husband will sing as he shops down the aisles. He absolutely loves talking and laughing with the different employees. Why is this? Because of two reasons that I can see. Those two reasons appear to be because , if you show yourself friendly, then great employees will probably show you the same friendliness. Somebody at the Loretta store has gotten a great crop of employees and I for one really appreciate the HEB where I shop.
