I thought at H-E-B ‘here everything is better’ but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Both stores in McKinney and Frisco sell spoiled, wilted vegetables or even worse. After buying bad apples and cut watermelon in several occasions, yesterday I bought some mushroom and when I got home and opened the container they had mildew and a horrible smell. It takes me 30 min to get to either store so rather than returning the mushrooms I preferred to trash the package. It’s not the first time I waisted money on products bought from HEB. So i may stop buying from them.

Meat market ask about hamburger meat he said five minutes twenty minutes later I was asked if I needed help so I told him what was going on and all he did was turn around and walked away not say one word also waiting behind someone at the meat counter after the customer was done he just walked away

I sometimes visit the HEB in Bellaire and Every time I have visited that location no one has ever spoken or offered assistance. They have walked past me and most have looked me in the face and continued to walk by. At that particular location I always feel like I am walking into someone's home uninvited. I am speaking of the morning crew.

While I was placing my items on the conveyor belt, the cashier looked at me and told me to move so she could put the order divider back on the side of the conveyor belt. Then, when she started ringing things up, she moved my items around into a longer line of items. I guess she couldn't reach the second item if I placed them side by side? It was just a strange and annoying experience. At least, this time they finally kept my hot and cold foods separated. They usually just put my hot items on top of my cold items or vice versa. It was at the 3801 E 42nd St., Odessa, TX store. My cashier was Maibel D The time was 6:03PM

I wanted to buy some sausages but I found some insects inside the HEB mart food section , it's really horrible to see that type of insects inside. Are we really buying good food items in HEB, I dont want recommend to go with heb food section

For quite some time I have been complaining about HEB in Cedar Park at Bell and Whitestone. They advertise one price and charge another. I rarely leave the store with everything I need.... like grapefruit, half and half, lettuce! Everyday items. Yesterday, I had a coupon and the free item was out. I got a smaller size of the free item. I told the cashier if it wasn't free, I didn't want it. I asked if the coupon worked and he said 'yes'. It did NOT! He lied..... I had to go to customer service and stand in line to get my refund. I have complained to the manager and he does not care. I contacted corporate in SA today. I don't think she was even listening. Nobody cares!! I can't be the only one firing HEB. One day when enough people fire them, they might care.

The 290w oak hill store customer service has dropped significantly since they moved as a 30 year customer of HEB in Oak Hill the current check out staff are not courteous
