Ordered Home Delivery from the H-E-B on Kempwood Drive and they gave me melted ice cream. This has happened before and I have contacted the customer service department and they sometimes will never respond to you

I received broken eggs and no bread at all. This home delivery from HEB is a nightmare that keeps on and on. I had to call 3 times and I finally received a message that eggs and bread were delivered. I don't know how long they sat outside. The Bananas were spoiled.

I've been shopping HEB for over 20 years and am finally done. I stopped going unless they had a specific item I needed awhile ago because of their customer service, it's .. not great. Today was the final straw when I ordered curbside for the first time & just like other reviewers have said, was charged but DID NOT receive everything I ordered. Trying to contact them about it is nearly impossible. What a massive rip off & giant inconvenience to try to get food items from a grocery store that already has your money & doesn't care if you are dissatisfied. Ridiculous. I'll never shop here again.

I purchased some groceries from the HEB in Spring and the delivery driver dropped off my groceries at another apt number and lied about the apt number that he dropped it off at he literally just made up an apt. number and then said he wasn't going to come back and show us where he dropped off the groceries. So when I called HEB and notified them of what happened they just said oh we don't have enough pickers to pick your order again it can either come out to you again tomorrow or you can get a refund. I asked the manager if he could pick the order and he said all they can do is give me a refund. I will never do a delivery from HEB again and I wouldn't even recommend their delivery service to my enemy.

NEVER AGAIN! They don't deliver some items and still charge for them. They charge high fees to rip people off! It's better to shop at the store or just order on Amazon!

I tried the HEB grocery delivery service as a safety measure because of the spread of the COVID Delta variant. I have a two year old granddaughter and a pregnant daughter and was happy to utilize this service. When I got the groceries I didn't receive everything on my list, however I was still charged for items I didn't even get. I just can't trust to use this service again. Thanks for nothing.

Bastrop H‑E‑B pharmacy needs a complete overhaul. Every time I go to pick up prescriptions, the wait is 30 minutes in line.

I have tried to give HEB delivery a chance over and over again but that moment you get all the text msg and half your food has been removed or you get food replaced with dishes not even close to what you picked or replaced with 3 or 4 of the same meals... so then you are stuck eatting spaghetti for almost 4 days for lunch because all the text msg came in 10 minutes before the driver is dropping off your food. Enough is enough... I think you should get a call if a large amount of the food is changed...not text msgs..
