H-E-BReviews of heb.com

H.E.B store # 23 the shopping experience was one of the worst I ever had in my young adult life the cashier was a excellent worker the managerial staff was one of the worst I have ever encountered and I cannot believe what just took place I had to help bag my own groceries which have no problem with however there were many staff members and many managers right next to the worker and they never helped her they never even suggested that other workers her the employee it was baffling nonetheless.

I shop at Oak Park HEB and was shocked at the new location for curbside pick up. They are now in the prime parking spots closest to the front door. So now walk in customers have to park way to the back and walk further while the curbside customer sits in his car and has his groceries delivered. They should be moved to the back of the lanes along N. New Braunfels rd. I was shopping at 10:30 am and all curbside spots were vacant. And who gets credit for this executive decision? Probably a person who never grocery shops.

Cashier Rachel very rude. I was being nice. But her manners at talking to me were very rude. I never had a problem with any other cashier just with her. I never talked back to her; I stood quiet but the way she spoke to me made me feel like she was bothered by my presence. HEB @ 2135 E. Main

HEB is now supporting children in drag shows. It’s not ok to take children to a strip club so how is this ok? Child exploitation is a FELONY in Texas

I opened a new bag of the heb Queso Papitas the back had 1/4 of it fillled with chips and the 3/4 filled with nothing but air wth

Curbside pickup in Katy constantly refuses to substitute items. I will go into the store, even thpugh I have a hurt foot, and always find the items they say they don't have. It's ridiculous, lazy and annoying and if you complain, nobody cares.

H‑E‑B in Seguin,Tx has a horrible delivery service and manager that does not take care of the customer. I order groceries and H‑E‑B runs a debit to your account first.. Then I get a text message that says Sean from favor has delivered my groceries. There are no groceries delivered and when I call them they say I need to just reschedule. This is the second time this has happened and the manager doesnt do anything about it. This Company needs to stop delivering if they can’t follow thru or get a decent delivery service and a manager to hire reputable people!! The manager blamed it on the weather but I live in Seguin and we did not have tornadoes just some rain for a very short period. I hope HE Butt Jr gets to read the reviews. I will make sure the main office of H‑E‑B gets all this information.. This is bad reputation for HEB as a whole and I’m sure the top management of this Company will want to know what crappy service they are putting out!! Shame on you H‑E‑B!!!!!!!!!!

Was it my mask??? My Black Lives Matter Mask??? At home not feeling well this morning!!! Went to HEB grocery store here in San Antonio TX to pick up a few items to pamper myself today!!! The cashier and the bagger were both very rude this morning. I reported the incident details to corporate who apologized and assured me that a local manager in this particular store would reach out to me. I also reported the incident to a manager before I left the store who apologized and promised to speak to the employees. I made sure to be as pleasant as possible in spite of their behavior. I shop often at this location because it's located 4 minutes from my home. Wow!!! I said really??? God is good...time to pamper myself!!! To God be the Glory!!!🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤❤❤ Bevelyn Beachem
