H‑E‑B gosling curbside is the worse. We usually order every week and ever week the order is always missing items. It’s very disappointing, we switched to Kroger’s curbside.

Loyal customer for 20 years at 50 (mainly 5) locations. More of our paychecks go to them than anywhere else. Sad to say but officially done. Increased prices way beyond inflation (33% average in most items I buy while food inflation past year is 4.5%). Added digideals-have to scan app to get discount l on some things. More and more workers stuck on their phones. Newest locations (Lake Austin e.g.) show where all there money is going-trying to convert to “high end” in certain places. Ripping off consumers with their brands (granola bars are a couple of bites with air in the package). $108 to fill 10 birthday balloons. Limiting other brands, replacing with their own. Tillamook ice cream cheaper than theirs now e.g. their products have several quality control issues too. Things change and that’s fine but they’ve gotten greedy and have turned into another corporate machine that’s treats you like a robot and knowingly rips you off. So long.

Service is great have no complaints . My review is based on the purchase of Butter Tortillas the are delicious but the Quality of production is bad I I know they can’t be perfectly round but extended would be fine NOT wadded I would think you would have more Pride in your product special with your name on it , this is not the first time !! I have to travel 6 miles to H‑E‑B on N 10 th / Trenton McAllen Tx or the one in San Juan Tx 7 miles away because non of the other H‑E‑B stock them ! I have picture of them which I wish I could attach and this are the better ones ! Tired of paying $4.98 for 20 when 3 to 4 are of Poor Quality … Shame on you do you all have Blind employees over seeing Production !!!!!!

Terrible Quality Control TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Home Delivery is AWFUL placed an order for home delivery, when the order arrived it was not my order. Nothing, completely wrong. I contacted customer service and they rescheduled. second attempt, delivered to the wrong house, fortunately the neighbor was home and directed delivery to my house. delivery handed me the bags and left. when I unpacked a number of items were missing. I contacted customer service. they said they would contact the driver and see if they had my missing items. if not the store would schedule a delivery of the missing items. said they would call and let me know when the items would be delivered. after three hours and no call, I called customer service. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes. I was then told “the delivery driver said everything was delivered” there’s nothing we can do. I this point I got angry because in addition to everything else, I’m being called a liar. After asking numerous times whom I needed to contact next, manager, supervisor, etc. being placed on hold again, they agreed to refund the money for the missing items. HEB should invest some of the money they dump into TV commercials that say customer service is a priority and use it to train their employees to do their jobs. when you call customer service the wait time is 25-30 minutes. if they have this many people trying to reach customer service, that’s an indication your customer service sucks.

I usually like HEB brand poroducts. Tonight I cooked a family size poblano chicken lasagna. I found it to be very gummy, and not good tasting at all. I found no chicken in the dish, and the poblano was absent as well. I will be careful about buying the frozen dinners in the future. Best by April 24

Had the grill fired up ready to cook some beef short ribs from heb opened the package and the smell just about knocked me over spoiled! This is the last time we get red meat beef from heb. Im not sure who there supplier is but too often we get bad beef form them last time was some thick cut ribeyes smelled ok but gave 4 people diarrhea! This happened 4 or 5 different times just took me a minute to realize what was causing it. We also cooked a prime rib roast from heb and once again all who ate had bad diarrhea. I even thought i was getting some kid of red meat intolerance. Even the heb hamburger meat was messing my family up. Sad thing is it took some experimenting to figure this out So we bought red meat from sams and nobody had any problems. We then ate some steaks from heb again and everyone diarrhea again. Not sure why hebs red meat only is so bad pork and chicken no problems. We do all our grocery shopping at heb and we buy red meat elsewhere. I sure wish the would correct this problem. We cant be the only ones having these issues. This is at heb on dowlen rd in beaumont texas
