Horrible Customer Service from the Store Manager!! I just bought 2 Febreeze products yesterday that had a coupon and went back today(Tuesday) and there were no coupons for that Same item. I was told by an employee to let them know at checkout and they would Adjust it and Store Manager( Big Goofy guy named Patrick) Refused even though I was buying Several of those items. So I had them take them off, Nice job Patrick, U Suck!

HEB pharmacy is awful! I only filled twice with them and that will be the last! Second time I pulled up to the drive through window 10 min before they opened and the first in line. When they opened the blinds she argued with me that the other lady was there first (which I could care less if I go first) the other lady even told her no she was there first and she argued with her also!!! Unbelievable! I called to check on my refill next time and they will no longer fill scripts for my dr! My dr warned me that “they hated her” Horrible customer service! Do better HEB

Caucasian Travel Warning. The two years I have been down here in the winter, I have experienced overt racism from PEOPLE OF COLOR. The new racist attitude is these people are rude to you and get away with it because, the demographics and HEB has no competition. The G.M. Cheryl will do nothing. Be a ware of a manager name Natalie. She is an angry Hispanic puuta who will threaten you with criminal trespassing arrest because, if you treat the racist employees with rudeness like they treat you.

A few weeks ago I purchased a package of pork chops. When I opened them I found several chunks of loose pork fat between the chops. I contacted corporate and a week later I received a response suggesting I contact the meat manager. I did this 11.10.23. His response was the the chops came from the warehouse. He would let them know. That's it! I told him I would no longer purchase meat from HEB. I did buy a bag of potatoes from the produce department. Took them home and the next morning the kitchen smelled TERRIBLE! They looked good and firm, but there was at least one (or more) rotten one in the middle! My first job was with HEB and I have tried to remain loyal. It has become increasingly difficult because of the deteriorating quality. Now it's impossible! HEB has now lost a customer! I've heard similar stories from others.

I greeted & asked the young male employee behind seafood counter where the sockeye salmon could be found. He did not hear so I repeated a little louder. Again, he did not hear. So I raised my voice. His response was, "It's right in front of you, don't you see it? Are you blind?" I told him he should not be rude and he responded, "You too and your mom." The nerve!! I told a manager asap & she appeared aghast when I told her, indeed, I am legally blind.

I generally use the location on pin oak, due to on going issues at s.mason location. I needed to grab a few a things and ran in. The store smelt like rotted fish. The veggie dept had molded tomatos and rotted lettuce. Some bread products expired. I had to leave could not tolerate the smell any longer. I understand they are up dating the refrigeration, but continue on Maintaining your store. This is a health issue. Fruit flies all over vegi dept. I brought it an employees attention and he stated he couldn't help not his department. Another shopper next to me made the comment of how the store has gone down.

When I’m in Laredo, Tx. and I need groceries I shop at H.E.B. cause they have great prices and a large selection but apparently they don’t like truck drivers cause they said ‘we are getting so many truckers at this location that the customers driving cars are complaining about them so we no longer will be allowing you to park here to shop’, so security tells you to leave or they will tow your vehicle. Well I have complaints about to many cars in the parking lot so let’s ban the cars from parking here too!! If H.E.B., which is based out of San Antonio, Texas, doesn’t want truckers to shop at there location’s maybe H.E.B. should tell the truckers not to haul there groceries to the warehouses!!!! That’s fine H.E.B. I’ll take my $150 every week and go shop at Walmart cause I know they will more than appreciate my business!!
