Rip off
This company is a rip off that doesn't care about customer satisfaction. They will rob you. They need to stop claiming Texas because true Texans wouldn't do that.

Terrible Customer Service!!! There's actually no customer service because they have replaced it with company service. Especially bad at the corporate level. When I contacted corporate and asked to speak to a regional manager I was basically told that they don't have time to talk to customers and referred me back to the store I was having trouble with. They don't have a customer service phone line but do have a customer relations phone line. So they offer relations (whatever that means) but not service. Very strange!!!

I wish I could give a zero for customer service, management, Kristen, and curbside Mgr. Cathy, at HEB Abilene Tx. I've never seen such bad representatives in a grocery store. My daughter was shorted a bag of cat food which took 2 months of griping to get a response, then she was charged $16 for a $6 cup of pineapple. I asked for Mgr. Shannon Nix, but Kristen stepped up and claimed she was a manager. She got my daughters number and information and assured me she would call my daughter to get things resolved. Instead, once again, as usual, it was passed on to someone else to tell my daughter she issued a refund, which as of yet, she's only got half of it. The curbside Mgr nor Kristen cared enough to return a call to my daughter. Maybe Mr. Nix is unaware of these complaints. It seems like a lot of incidents are not being brought to his attention. As for myself, I stopped shopping here a couple years ago because of out of date products, spoiled meats, and produce that goes bad quickly. I'm not the only one who feels this way. Your reviews seem to reflect this.

4724 SH-6 S Missouri City, TX 77459 United States If I could give it 0 stars I would. The curbside here is the worst of all H‑E‑B locations I have used. I opted for delivery at 9.99 to be delivered between 730-830pm At 930 I drove up to store since ap still said picking my order almost 2hrs after deliver schedule. They obviously do not know how to manage orders and overbook. The hours of operation for store said til 11pm but when I started calling store at 8pm no one answers. I'll file complaint with H‑E‑B corporate just because this is one of the worst customer experiences I have had. I had to get a supervisor to cancel my order because the curbside manager L-a was too busy to talk to me. Would not recommend this location at all- they obviously do not know what communication, customer experience, and not overbooking orders means if they can't handle orders conformed through H‑E‑B app. Horrible horrible customer service.

My husband and I went before closing. The cashier said that the broom we were buying was broken so I went to exchange it for a good one. The person closing was so rude and told me I needed to leave. I explained the situation so she allowed me to continue. Her attitude was so bad I wanted to slap her and I told her so. At 68 years of age it's hard to put up with bad people. I never plan to go back to HEB ever again!

So, last night at H-E-B on 723 and 1093 in Richmond was something straight out of a sitcom, and trust me, it's a story for the books. Picture this: I'm there, ready for some casual holiday grocery shopping, aiming for burgers and fries, and somehow end up with a $170 bill. I mean, what happened in those aisles? Now, let me tell you, the whole hustle and bustle of holiday shopping I can handle, but the checkout, oh boy, that was a different story. The girl with pink hair, doing the bagging, was tossing my groceries like she was in some cornhole championship. I asked about my eggs, and her response? A not-so-charming "I don't know." Cue my frustration. I decided to play detective, sifting through the bags to find my eggs because, clearly, cornhole champion over there didn't care. Turns out, the cashier had them by his side the whole time. This just added fuel to Pink Hair's already delightful attitude, and I couldn't hold back. I told her she had an attitude problem, and the cashier dropped the bomb that it was only her second day. Really? Like that's an excuse for treating customers like they're in a grocery store rodeo. I suggested telling the manager about her unprofessional behavior, and Pink Hair lost it. We went back and forth, no swearing on my end, just straight facts about her attitude. Then, out of nowhere, she decides she wants to fight me. I mean, seriously? I'm just here for groceries, not a boxing match. So, I make a stance, move my son out of the way just in case, and the show goes on until management finally steps in. Now, I left the store, but I was so upset that paying for that experience wasn't on my agenda. I turned right back around, returned everything, and despite the apologetic management offering all sorts of things, I'm not going back there. No way I'm feeling unsafe with my kid just to buy groceries. There's another H-E-B on 1463 and Grand Parkway, and plenty of other options if I decide to stick with the company. And that, my friends, was my adventure at H-E-B that I'll be telling at every family gathering.
