H-E-BReviews of heb.com

Hello My Beautiful HEB always have nothing but good things and love for you but this time you failed me The HEB brand ITZ-A crackers ( Original) were open , more than half of them broken , the other ones breaking .. the wrapper partially open and exposed , saved what I could , but the rest crumbles or the rest crumbling .. I threw away my receipt, but we'll just wanted to give y'all a heads up the box was intact nothing nothing seemingly even it was the store this came directly from the warehouse, sad 😭 ain't stopping from buying from My Beautiful HEB but I was so disappointed 😞 wanted to send pics but it does not give me an option

We went to the Stephenville store for some take home food. The store had what I was looking for so great. I picked up a bag of their sea salt chips. I didn't bother to look at the freshness date and the chips were stale. We just threw them away. Also I am curious about the amount of salt used. More than a few years back the sea salt chips were quite good; the amount of salt was right. Maybe 3-4 years ago the amount of salt dramatically increased. The chips are almost inedible due to the salt. It us too much. This is not an issue at the Stephenville store. Our go to store is in Granbury and the oversalting happens there too. Needless to say we are quite unhappy with our choice tonight.

Love HEB in Plano with one exception. Their card readers at cash out do not always read the card chip. This is the second time I’ve had to use cash at checkout. No big deal but I thought they would fix this glitch by now.

My wife and I sent grocery shopping I bought some Greek Yogurt and 3 days later I open one at work and found out it's expired I took the risk of opening it which I should have it stunk really bad 👎 I had to throw it away. The inventory supervisor should be on top of what a top notch store has on their shelfs and it makes me wonder what else goes undetected?? Good thing for a good nose 👃

The H‑E‑B thick slice bacon is thinly sliced and VERY fatty. Tastes good (fat) but not very lean at all. Probably 70%+ fat. Will not buy it again. Gave them way too many chances. Failed.

They were late on my delivery, and they had everyone early on their delivery, and thats why I think its mid.FR FR

H‑E‑B Natural peanut butter w honey It's really good and would be good for you if palm oil was substituted w olive or avocado oil as an ingredient.
