Went to the HEB in Lakeway on rr 620 last week. Standing in extremely long lines. The checkstand next to us was 15 items or less. After waiting 13 minutes and finally getting closer to being checked out a woman turned off the 15 item's or less sign and turned it into a regular checkout. SO instead of taking the next person in line, she took the last customer. When I questioned her she said it's our policy to keep the walkway clear. She then smirked and walked to the front lobby where she proceeded to talk to a Mr.Richardson.after.checking out I spoke to Mr.Richardson assuming he was the Mngr. Apparently Not, and if he was,he surely was not customer friendly. P.S. the woman who ruined a perfectly shopping day was Melody. Perhaps if she didn't come to work with 3" plastic eyelashes she would be able to see more clearly .

I am not surprised by the low rating. HEB is another business that has grown so big, they no longer care about providing good customer service. I have moved my pharmacy business from the and if I had another option, I would move my grocery business.

yes I came here to the H-E-B on San Dario in Laredo Texas I was trying to come into the store I have a 6-week-old puppy but their signs are not big enough saying that no animals are anonymous or service animals so my 11-year-old son has to stand outside with the puppy so I can go to the store one the sign should be bigger two the manager should speak English and not just point at the damn sign very disappointed in the service here in HEB also how does he not know that it is a service animal my husband's had two strokes this year

The curbside is horrible. This is the 3rd time stuff has been left behind, and the only solution is to get a refund or go back to the store. This does not help the customer when the point of doing Curbside is to not have to make a double trip to the store. I really need to just find another location since they don't value the customers.

I bought 2 packages of tamales from HEB on Saratoga in Corpus Christi. When I got home I opened both packages, 1 being jalapeño and cream cheese the other pork. The jalapeño ones smelled like mold so I looked at them and the had active growing mold all over them. I then checked the pork tamales and they were the same. Pretty sure mold grows at room temperature or higher meaning the pork would be really bad (spoiled) for people and also the jalapeño ones. When I called the store I was transferred to the business center where they asked me to freeze them and return them to get my money ($21.00) back. No apology or anything… I asked them to remove them from the shelves…Doubt that happened😔 I will be returning them and not trusting HEB ever again. There are many other grocers to choose from…Seriously unsatisfied, Kim

My last 3 home delivers were late, to where my cold items were not cold anymore. The boneless chicken breast 3lb & 5lb bags are lab grown chicken and there is nothing on the bag stating its cultivated made in a laboratory...heb thus horrible....never buying it again..

HEB I-10- Fry Road, Houston Watch out for the outdated products in their shelves. I bought one pot of mustard which has been expired for one year. It wasn’t the first time I’ve bought expired products from them.

I used to love HEB. Everyone was friendly and it was an enjoyable experience. Their "Customer Service" is NOT customer friendly or helpful. I went to get my auto registration and the "customer service" rep confused me to the point of frustration. I didn't have a debit card or cash or my checkbook. First she said I couldn't get cash from my credit card, then 2 minutes later she said that I could get cash but I needed to pay the $3.00 service charge. No problem, it's better than going all the way home to get my checkbook. So I wait for the lady in front of me to finish and then Melanie tells me "No, you can't get cash from your credit card."???? Then while checking out my groceries, the check out person said there was an ATM that accepts credit cards. Sure enough, not 25 feet from "Customer Service" there is an ATM that I could use to get cash from my credit card. Using the ATM is much better than driving all the way home to get cash or checks. When I told Melanie, the "Customer Service" person, about the ATM (so maybe she could inform future customers and save them a trip back home) she shrugged her shoulders and said "I didn't tell you to go all the way home." This was so ridiculous and maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe she isn't cut out to be in customer service.
