H-E-BReviews of heb.com

I love a delicious seeded fresh Watermelon, I just purchased one at HEB off McGregor. I got home cut it open and it was soggy old and disgusting...the absolute worse I called the store a young man answered told me to bring it back with my receipt and I could get another. Unfortunately I'm headed out of town and don't have time to go back to HEB. Hopefully no one else has had this experience.

July 23, 2024 Wooded Acres in Waco when I was attempting to exit the store after paying for my purchase a staff member from the store chased after me as I was exiting out the store accusing me of not paying for my items he asked me for a receipt I stated to him he had the wrong person and he continued to stand next to me demanding that I show a receipt standing outside the door I was so embarrassed, humiliated, and shook up because I had never been in a situation such as this I am 51 been shopping along my grandparents side at this store since being a little girl after looking for my receipt I pulled out my phone to show him proof of purchase he then asked me how much was my purchase and I told him he goes back in the store and then comes back and say never mind not one time did he attempt to apologize so at this time I asked to speak with management the first manager after sharing what happened she called someone over her to speak with me and they could say was they apologize that they need to retrain this young man the first manager asked me what can they do for me I stated nothing as far as a gift card go I asked for an apology from this young man and never got it that's all I asked for and both managers stood there constantly apologizing instead of allowing him to come apologize p.s. I am not going to introduce the race card because I don't see color but I do see disrespect thank you H E B management for your attempt to resolve this issue that never got resolved all I asked for was an apology from him it was okay for him to embarrass me but not for me to get what I asked for even though I am the reason you all stand as a business and get a pay check just know I will never step foot in this H E B at all!!!

This HEB used to be the cream of the crop back in the day. I worked for HEB for 8 years and used to really appreciate the excellent customer service until… it was just gone. This store doesn’t care about the customer experience. I spoke with the floor manager and the store manager and they both made me feel like the best decision moving forward is to go to Randall’s. I’ll pay more but they really do make me feel like a valued customer at Randall's. I left $300 worth of groceries because they didn’t want to help me get the correct item for the coupon I had even though they had the coupons placed next to the wrong size sodas. I couldn’t believe it.

The customer service at HEB and Central Market has been in steep decline for several years. Too many cashiers at CM Westgate treat the customer like a nuissance. Today, I placed several items in my cart then inserted my card. The machine was not working so I handed it to the cashier as asked. She was annoyed. The card finally scanned, and another employee came up to ask me condescendingly if I needed help bagging my groceries. There was hardly a delay. She went on to say they no longer bagged groceries because they didn't have the people to do it. The cashier said they were not HEB and have never bagged groceries regularly. I told her I had been a CM customer since they had opened and had never heard that. Tired of bizarre experiences like these at HEB and CM and thankful for Trader Joe's consistently stellar service.

You make it very difficult to give a review!! It should be available on your HEB shop website!! We are regular customers @ your bar & we give the Bartender’s @ “5”. Concerned and go above with customer service!! Mostly, Jemma, Clare, Justin Today was Johnny So. there’s 5 persons @ the bar They called Clare to the BBQ for a catering Then. and this is CORPORATE, asked Johnny to come over and cover front of store ringing in orders while you still have 5 customers @ the bar!!! Jemma is on lunch from her “sampling job”. but she has the dedication to take care of her customers @ the bar while she’s on lunch!!’ WHAT Is WRONG with with you Corporate people!!! Most of us that left HEB went to Market Street!! They offer more than your TX draft beers!! You could expand another draft area down by your coffee area but your mgmt is too lazy to pack up unused equipment (many months) and utilize that sell space !!!!

This has happened 2 times everytime I pull out the parking lot my front grill of my Ford Fiesta has fell off??!!!! I had to go to Midas to get it fixed and there is grasshoppers EVERYWHERE they should be concerned my child was so scared! I will never go to H.E.B ever again! The old H.E.B

I hate writing any negative review. However, that being said the issue and lack of responsibility of HEB management to deal with the consistent issues with FAVOR delivery makes me have to write. I live in a senior community, some of the residents cannot drive to get groceries so home delivery is essential. My neighbor is one of the people that cannot drive. Since FAVOR has taken over, she has not had 1 delivery brought to her door. All deliveries go to the location address in the complex before moving 4-8-24 to the current location. All deliveries are dropped off at the door of someone else and no picture or text telling her items have arrived has been done. She has called your IT, store management, anyone that will help. She has updated her personal information everywhere on her account site. People either don't care if she gets her items or choose to pass the buck and not take responsibility. The store management here blames FAVOR, but at this point, it is only sensible that the management would take an active role and ensure she gets her items. I am no longer shopping HEB delivery. The only time FAVOR delivered to me; my food was distributed to 3 other residents that day. I didn't get all my refund for the missing items, or my money back for the delivery fee. So, I will not do delivery again. I am further looking at stopping all together and using fresh meat markets and farmers markets for meat and produce. The other items I can get at the Walmart here. I am really disappointed by the lack of accountability; respect to the customer; or simple problem-solving from management. I can also guarantee that executive and regular management do not have their deliveries messed up. To do this to a person with limitations is shameful.

Food and product quality is pretty lousy. Since HEB has become a virtual monopoly in Texas, they no longer have to care about anything. They especially don't care about you, peasant.
