Dont order home delivery! Poor customer service, products always missing, and always late.

I went to HEB at flour bluff location cheese section today. There were two employees there, I standing there for few minutes but either one of them greet on me. So I asked the boy if he could help me, he looked at me and said:" no I can't help you." There was another customer standing next me, we both looked at each other and she was surprised about his answer. After another few minutes later, the girl came to me. I asked her why he said he couldn't help me. She said he is doing something else. I told her he could say something nicer than he couldn't help. That boy heard our conversation but either one of them say anything. They don't care. I got cheese and left, I turned my head looked back them, they were laughing there. The boy's name is David. I give zero rate for his customer service. I don't think he care about his rate either .

I have shopped at HEB 35 years. I have watched HEB go down the tube for 35 years. What kind of store advertises for weeks on Netflix that they have 3 types of Christmas Ice Cream but NEVER brought it into the store. I live near the Southpark Meadows store in Austin, TX and whoever runs this store sucks. The corporate office sucks too they don't give a crap about their customers.

My daughter lives in Texas and loves to shop at HEB. For Christmas I wanted to buy her a gift card. Because I live out of state, I am not allowed. They will not sell the gift cards to anyone with a billing address outside of Texas. Unsat and poor customer service.

I am a personal nurse to a MS client he asked me would I use the app to get him food bar b que me nor my husband eat food like that I'm a two type of cancer survivor I eat fruit and salads. My husband eats salads and only meat is fish, so I already didn't want to go around no bar b que anyways we watch the cashier Everytime allow every white man look thru the bags and pick we get there we get attitude and eye rolling I told them plenty of times it's for a white client. I felt it was because Hispanics or Asian or black are not supposed to get deals only white people I feel understand the client asked for food when I notice they blocked my email meaning they didn't want my client to buy food understand I not a attitude type of woman very soft spoken so I did nothing but tell them how I felt they blocked me from buying food so the client used his email it comes up so that right told me they didn't want black people shopping I feel other tax payers should know. I feel HEB should market not black people in there stores

I had a bad experience when I went to Heb to get some groceries but i was so upset when i got home and looked at the receipt the cashier charged me twice for the bulk carrot. Remember to look at the receipt before you go.

Calling from a dental office to talk with the pharmacist regarding a prescription and when I attempted the call I wasn't even asked to hold on I was just placed on hold the pharmacist gets on the phone doesn't give me his name doesn't say he's the pharmacist and just says how can I help you I proceed to tell him he gets very rude and tacky and before I can even explain to him that I had him on speaker phone since he said he had difficulty hearing me he had already told me that he was not going to take my prescription not even knowing what the prescription was or who it was for because it was actually for a patient. The saddest part is this pharmacist does not own HEB I think it's very unprofessional and disheartening to know that a patient who lives in that area needed some pain medication and before I could even explain the situation tell him who I was completely he had already became distempered I hope your calls are regulated and I hope they are recorded and I hope everyone who has this experience goes to Walgreens or CVS or find another location to do their business with this was the rudest pharmacist I have ever spoken to and all of my 47 years 20 of which have been in Dental. And like most people I gave one star just so that I could write this bad review.
