I would like to write a review for the HEB pharmacy in Seguin tx. I am blind and deaf and can communicate by texting or emailing. I ordered 4 prescriptions and paid for them and was told they would be delivered between 3-5.at3:30 I call and asked where my order was. I was told that couldn't contact me by phone.they said there was a problem with the address. They should have contacted me and didn't bother. Some one at HEB or the delivery service dropped the Ball.. nicany get My meds until tomorrow.i am a sutin and needed my meds today. This needs to be fixed

I purchased one package of beef skit from heb , $10.89 per lbs. the top looks good but when opened the package i found lots of Silver lining & fat. This is what i call it a fraud for costumers. It should be trimmed back and front the same.

Can't even put her name cuz her name tag was flip but this color woman a few months ago as I was paying same bill I went in to pay as I did for over a year "she " she couldn't deal with a certain women she thinks she has some disability like Down syndrome or autism she said but she can't deal with her . Made me feel horrible just to hear her talk down on customers from the back line , I also seen her give customers attitude but today 5/17 am she made me go out my way cuz she type numbers I had that all she needed to process my payment wrong or read them wrong , go to get the same information I had to pay to get to give her agian . Just to process my payment wrong but her attitude the first time words like I don't know what to tell you ! Rolling her eyes and swaying her head back and forth and hands like it was some drama show she was showing off to, was so upset that i didn't even get the stuff I went in to but instead ended up up shopping at Walmart . I never buy food from Walmart but today I did just cuz of her horrible attitude.

Mother’s Day 2025. H-E-B Frazier Road Conroe Texas.It was chaotic. With bundles of a couple flowers for $7.50. Which got to be expensive to make a bouquet. The choices were unusual people were struggling. They were seriously price gouging. If they had put together bundles for $15 it would have made shopping so much easier. That’s what Kroger did. I should’ve gone to Kroger.

I am like, really, really mad. This is why I'm writing this review. I had my grocers delivered. And I guess somebody did not feel like grocery shopping lift my two cases of water and going to give me five cases of vienna sausages i am so disappointed in them

El dia Sabado 4 de Abril compre varios paquetes de carne para asar en su servicio, es mi primera vez que la solicito asar nunca lo habia hecho, sobre una mesa cada quien como va llegando deposita sus paquetes para que la asen al carbon, y vi que seguia yo en turno y pregunto la persona que de quien era esa carne afirmando que era mia, y la hizo a un lado tomando el siguiente paquete de gente que la habia dejado encargada y no estaba presente, le cuestione que porque no asaba la mia en seguida, que era mi turno, me di cuenta que no tenia un numero de orden que ellos le ponen, y dijo que no tenia ese numero que me tenia que esperar y tomo el siguiente paquete, la cuestione preguntandole porque me brincaba mi turno y se molesto y de muy mala manera tomo los paquetes y me dio un numero y visiblemente molesta,de mal humor y de mala gana me dijo que me esperara, total la aso y simpre con una cara de enojo y pocos amigos me la entrego y en verdad casi me la avento en la mesa ya asada. Ese mismo dia ya que tenia mi carne fui a quejarme del mal trato que recibi y me atendio alguien que era supervisor o algo asi en servicio al cliente, la compra la hice y el ticket tiene la hora de 3:43 PM de pago, en verdad esa trabajadora me hizo sentir como si me estuviera haciendo un favor pero lo peor es la actitud de molestia conmigo por haberla cuestionado y solicitado respetara mi tuno de servicio. Soy un persona adulta de 68 años de edad y no exagero y la verdad que con palabra no se puede describir como me hizo sentir esa persona quien no conoce que es el servicio y creo que deberian capacitarla sobre como atender su trabajo ya que es un servicio muy sensible ya que son alimentos. Se que es un trabajo muy pesado y deberian descansarla y darle un brake y que regresara a capacitacion a un curso del Servicio al Cliente. Si desearan que me presentara personalmente a comentar todo lo anterior con gusto estoy a su disposicon y espero al menos una disculpa por el hecho mi tel es 8-8180-4951
