Friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, the Heavyglare team went out of their way to find the best sunglasses for me and fully accommodated my prescription. Cannot say enough good about them and will buy from them again!

I had placed an order, chose 2 day shipping. I had to contact them and found out they didn't it in stock, and was discontinued from the manufacturer. Had I not emailed them, I don't think they would've let me know. I ordered from another company & got what I wanted in 2 days. I will never order from Heavyglare again. Terrible customer service.

Hi Sue, Thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey. I apologize that you had a bad experience with our company. It should not have happened. When a product is discontinued by the manufacturer we contact our local representative to see if they can source one to fulfill an order. We were not able to take care of this in a timely manner, I am sorry. Sincerely, Grant Lambert - CEO

Awesome customer service. Needed swim goggles for spring break and they did their best to get them to me on time!

I still have the two eye protection ordered from you. The scratch resistance is great and are still holding up two years strong. Thank you

Quality grinding of curved prescription lenses. I've had my OSHA construction glasses a couple of years; my riding lenses lasted two frames. Special thanks to Grant for helping me find frames for my skinny head.

I have never seen so clearly with a new pair of glasses! The service I received was prompt and thorough. I will certainly be recommending Heavyglare Eyewear to my friends and family.

I ordered some special hard to source shooting glasses from Heavyglare and even though we didn't get them right on the first pass Grant made sure we did get them right the second time. i would definitely recommend this company to anyone especially those looking for something out of the ordinary.
