I ordered a pair of earrings on 8 November, they were shipped on 12 November and since 14 November there are absolutely no updates. Customer service is so bad, I’ve sent 10 emails now plus instagram messages and they won’t do anything. I can’t believe this company hasn’t been exposed yet, it’s insane

PATHETIC ! DO NOT ORDER EVER! I wish i had read these reviews before i placed an order. I placed an order of amount €300 on 19th Nov 2025 (Order Number - 152689211); i still haven’t received my order. They use a pathetic shipping postal called ASENDIA ( the item is stuck and the tracking is not working since past 10 days). Mind you, they charge an extra €30 for International Priority Shipping. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT NO INFLUENCERS ARE TALKING ABOUT IT ON SOCIAL MEDIA??? I will be posting their reality myself so somebody else is mindful before they place an order. Reading at all the reviews here I am dreading that the items (even if they arrive, are going to be of a shit quality). And i doubt they will arrive at all. ALSO, BEAR IN MIND, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE REFUND either! Please think a million times before ordering. What a waste of money (can u imagine spending hundreds of dollars on fake jewellery, still have to deal with all this mess.

The earrings went in a totally broken condition, first they said I can throw them away or keep them I get a refund now they try to negotiate that I should send them back the broken earrings on my own costs. So be careful and buy sth better

Took 3 months to arrive, laptop cover and jewelry are both very poor quality, cheap from China, bad customer service, do not waste your money and time.

I ordered earrings and still haven’t received them already 2 weeks. They told me that they received influx of orders and there are delays apparently with the delivery. I won’t be ordering from them anymore.

Very bad service: I preordered October 17th and it should be shipped by October 21th. Until now nothing happens and the service wrote that they would ship now. This is three days ago and if you check the order status it says that it’s not packed or shipped yet. I hope someone will take care of my request soon.

Same as everyone else’s experience here- worst customer service and no regard for timings. Ordered on the 28th Sept to deliver to the UK - held with Asendia for ever 3 weeks in the USA. Still waiting on the order… waste of money and time. Don’t order from this company

Ordered 2 Macbook cases. Order says delivered on the tracker when it clearly hasn’t. No customer service response. Please don’t be influenced by the media and do your research before spending money, atleast i learned my lesson this time.
