Beautiful earrings but they were a…
Beautiful earrings but they were a little heavy on my earlobes. I went to return them and they only offered a store credit. I didn’t want or need anything from there website so I am stuck with a pair of $100 earrings I probably won’t wear. Didn’t see the small print on the return policy. Sorry but this is wrong!!

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to resell returned earrings, which is why eligible earring returns are offered as an exchange or store credit rather than a refund. This policy is listed on our product pages and within our return policy, but we understand how frustrating it can be when a purchase doesn't work out as expected. We offer a 30-day return window for exchanges and store credit.
