Fast shipping, arrived nicely packaged. A few things I noticed: a small white hair in the small wallet upon opening the box, glue/some spots that wiped off on the travel jewelry case.

I’ve always wanted to purchase these earrings but couldn’t get myself to spend the money, they are so beautiful and I’m glad I purchased them during their sale. LOVE THEM, so chic and classy

Thank you! 😊

The case is cute BUT only comes with too she’ll. For that expensive, I expected too and bottom case. Now the bottom of my Mac book is exposed and will get scratched. Debating on returning. Way too expensive for that.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear the product wasn't what you expected. The case is designed as a top-cover-only shell, and this is noted in the product description on our website. That said, we understand how disappointing it can be when a product doesn't match your expectations. If you'd prefer not to keep it, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. You can start a return through our Return Portal: https://heaven-mayhem.myshopify.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login?referralId=68518ce284e8871e33822e61 Thank you for giving our product a try, and we appreciate your feedback.

Beautiful earrings but they were a little heavy on my earlobes. I went to return them and they only offered a store credit. I didn’t want or need anything from there website so I am stuck with a pair of $100 earrings I probably won’t wear. Didn’t see the small print on the return policy. Sorry but this is wrong!!
Response from Heaven MayhemJun 11, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the earrings beautiful, but we're sorry to hear they felt too heavy and weren't the right fit for you. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to resell returned earrings, which is why eligible earring returns are offered as an exchange or store credit rather than a refund. This policy is listed on our product pages and within our return policy, but we understand how frustrating it can be when a purchase doesn't work out as expected. We offer a 30-day return window for exchanges and store credit. If you haven't already started a return, you can do so through our Return Portal here: https://heaven-mayhem.myshopify.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login?referralId=68518ce284e8871e33822e61 We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify our policy.

I ordered a ring from Heaven Mayhem right before I had to urgently leave the country due to my grandmother’s passing. When I returned, I asked for a simple size exchange and explained the situation, but the request was denied with little empathy. Really disappointing experience — I won’t be buying from this heartless brand again. I would also never recommend any of my friends buy from here.
Response from Heaven MayhemJun 11, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. First and foremost, we are very sorry for the loss of your grandmother. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and for the way this situation was handled. We never want a customer to feel unheard, especially during such a difficult time. Our Customer Experience team will be reaching out to you directly to learn more about what happened and work with you to make this right. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. Again, our deepest condolences to you and your family.

I very seldomly write reviews, let alone bad reviews. But I really felt that I needed to share this. I don't know how a company can get the order wrong 3 times. First I received a faulty product in the wrong color, then they sent me the wrong color again and then sent the third replacement with the right color (finally) but it had another defect! Does the company even quality check? I mean, I get that the company is on the new-ish side, but this is ridiculous. I even requested for a refund and still have not heard back from them after MONTHS. Incredibly disappointing for a brand charging $70-$120 for earrings. Their designs are very chic and their brand has so much potential, so it's really a shame that they are getting so much hype for such terrible product quality and service.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We are so sorry. Getting the wrong item once is frustrating. Having it happen multiple times, and then receiving a replacement with another defect, is not the experience we want anyone to have. We'd really like to look into this and understand what happened. Can you please reach out to our Customer Support team and mention your Trustpilot review? That will help us find your case quickly. We're also going to flag this with our warehouse team. Based on what you've described, this sounds like a fulfillment and quality control issue that needs to be investigated so it doesn't happen again. Again, we're sorry for the frustration and appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention.

If you feel the issue has now been resolved, we would greatly appreciate it if you would consider updating or removing your Trustpilot review.
