Heaven Mayhem customer service was top notch! So responsive and resolved my situation immediately. Normally I buy jewelry from here but I am loving their jewelry box storage options and letter/desk items too. I will definitely be back on their site soon!

I pre-ordered the Gaze Choker on February 14, 2026, with an expected delivery in April. After months of silence, delayed promises, and constantly having to chase customer service, I finally received it in August—6 months later. To make matters worse, the choker arrived damaged, with a torn strap and scratched silver. Instead of sending a replacement as requested, they issued an unannounced refund. Now the price has gone up. Poor communication, awful quality control, and zero resolution. Save yourself the headache and think twice before buying from them.

I paid for expedited shipping only for my items to be received 4 days later than expected. Will be returning items.

I've placed five orders with all different experiences. My first was the knot earrings, I've had them for a couple of years and one of the backing completely snapped off as I was putting it on. The next two orders have been fine, *so far*. Next, I purchased their new laptop cover.. To be honest the price stung a bit. $100 is steep for a case that doesn't have any padding to it. Within ONE month, all four corners have completely fallen apart. I don't travel with my laptop often, so this is disappointing. One of the few times I did, something put pressure on the case, causing my laptop screen to break, a $1,000 fix. Shouldn't the case protected it from that? I asked for a replacement and they said they would add me to the list as it was out of stock, and it would ship immediately when it is available. I waited two months, and one day, decided to check their website (during their sample sale). To my surprise.. it was in stock. I emailed them and they took a week to respond, no apology, and sent it out. The most recent order was the velvet jewelry pouch from the sale, it has been a month and it still has not shipped. It says in the email order confirmation it ships within 1-2 days. I am so incredibly disappointed by HM and most likely won't order from them ever again.

Unfortunately giving zero stars is not possible but I ordered a MacBook 13 air cover and they sent me the completely wrong item. I didn’t even want to get my money back just exchange it for the correct case and they would not let me. Customer service sucks, don’t buy from this website.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I paid for my order, it was marked as shipped on July 3rd, and eleven days later the tracking still shows the parcel was never handed to the carrier. It never left their warehouse. The “shipping confirmation” was nothing but a label. Their customer service is a joke. On Instagram I got a copy paste apology and a promise to follow up “right away.” That was the last I heard from them. Since then my messages have been seen and ignored. The contact form on their website leads nowhere either. Complete silence the moment they had my money and I had questions. This level of unprofessionalism is honestly pathetic for a brand that presents itself so polished on social media. Pretty Instagram feed, zero operations behind it. I am filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting the store to Shopify. Do yourself a favor and do not order from their website. If something goes wrong, and clearly it does, nobody will answer you.

As a petite person with small hands and thin wrists, I am extremely pleased to finally have a beautiful chunky bangle to wear. I have tried so many other brands throughout the years and none have ever worked for me. This bangle stays on all day no matter what I'm doing - I've even worn it while mucking horse stalls. I hope Heaven Mayhem continues to produce bangles and other bracelets in this size. I'll forever be a customer if you do.
