I was not happy with this hair. Tangled after 1 week. The length was not as stated.
Response from Heavenly Hair by NicoleNov 8, 2018
Hello Shonda, We sincerely apologize that you were unsatisfied with your purchase. This is the first of us hearing that our hair tangles. With proper care, our curly hair will not tangle (washing/ conditioning once a week, applying leave-in-conditioner to hair daily) Also, our hair is true to length, if you stretch the curls and then measure you will see that the lengths are correct.

Love, love, love my hair 😍 I've used it in various styles and plan to buy more. The quality is everything. Long lasting, no shedding and super soft.
