Ordered hair 7 days ago it hasn’t even shipped yet I’m being asked about a review. Shipping takes too long haven’t received an update tracking number or anything.
Response from Heavenly Hair by NicoleMar 12, 2020
I apologize for the extra wait time. My turnaround time is estimated. Some times it could be faster and some times it could take a bit longer. Unfortunately in your case it did take a bit longer. As I explained humbly, the tax season increased my work load so it was a bit harder to process all orders in a faster processing time. I am working my hardest to get things out. If you would like to discuss further, please do send me an email so that we can work this out in your favor promptly. Thanks.

Ordered hair, and it’s been a week still no tracking number. I have made several attempts to reach out via email, social media and phone. The contact number on the site goes straight to voicemail

Hi, I just sent you an email to update you on your order. I do apologize humbly. I have had an increase in orders over the tax season so this has had me delayed in processing times. I know this could be frustrating. As you can imagine, I haven’t had time to respond to emails and social media. I apologize and will work on a way to make this better next time. I have your order ready to go. Please reply to my email as to how you would like to handle your order next. My apologies again. I will work my hardest to make this right with you. Thanks :)

The hair was good wasnt happy with closure havent ordered since
Response from Heavenly Hair by NicoleApr 12, 2019
Hello Tiffany, We are sorry that you were unsatisfied with the closure you purchase. There was an email sent to you explaining the correct way to bleach the knots in a closure. Leaving the bleach on too long will damage the closure and it will bald very quickly. Please let us know if you would like for us to resend the email. Once again thank you for you review. We are happy to know you were satisfied with our hair!

The wig was way too thin and it was shedding after i took it out the package and the frontal already had a hole in it and took away from the hair line.
Response from Heavenly Hair by NicoleJan 27, 2019
Hi Minnie, We apologize for what you have experienced with us. We have stated in the description that our wigs are 130% density because 130% density has a more natural look. As far as shedding, we are little concern about this because we thoroughly examine our hair before it is shipped out and we have not seen any shedding at all.
