Actually I did not purchase anything form Hears Hearing & Hearables, I just inquired about replacing my lost Mini Mic but they responded quickly, courteously and were forthcoming with information. I did not purchase because my excellent audiologist solved my concern.

Product was good .but disappointed I had to go buy a plug in for it ,at price paid should have came with it .Also I emailed you and ask that got email back said it came with everything I would need.

You are reviewing a product, the Unitron TV streamer. It would be good if you did this review at the product. That helps others know what you are referring to. As far as no plug a lot of manufactured do that as it is assumed you plus into a USB. I will be sure to share that with others. I am sorry you had to go out and buy a plug.

She instructed me to send some pictures of one of the items & she figured out what I needed. She Told me when I would expect delivery, sent me the details. Package arrived earlier than expected. She is a gem.
