They were very fast and easy to do business with. Tried doing business locally but they were all talk but no action. Highly recommend these folks

I haven’t received the charger ordered January 7th.
Response from Hears Hearing & HearablesJan 22, 2026
Because you put on the wrong City and zip code, your charger is moving around Illinois. We have been emailing you. It is possible that the product might eventually make it to you.

First and most importantly, I was unaware of a company like (HEARSYOU). I lost my hearing around six months ago after an explosion, which left me feeling lost. I don't believe the audiologists truly understand what it's like or what device you need. Once again, thank you for making a difference!

They did what they said they would do. I received the microphone ina timely manner. It did not have the pouch in the box. They responded quickly to get me one.

Great. I don't know why they didn't have one in the box. We will talk to manufacturer about that!
