The overall experience online ordering was quick and easy. However, your shipping prices are extremely high for such a small little item. I ordered the Widex Sound Assist which the box comes in 4 x 4 inches. You charge me $12.50 (USPS) for shipping coming from HOPKINS, MN. I ordered off eBay Widex TV Play Kit which is twice the size. They only charge me (USPS) $4.87 for shipping coming from EAST HANOVER NJ. Not sure why HHH charged so much for this, I'm only giving you three stars.
