When a charger I ordered was on backorder, they contacted me with multiple options, including accepting a different color so that I could get the charger sooner. I really appreciated that.

It is hard for us to control USPS shipping. We do offer more than products. We have all kinds of good stuff. :)

I ordered Friday. I heard Tuesday that my item was out of stock. I heard Wednesday that my revised order is confirmed, and that I should expect a confirmation from USPS. For "shipping takes 3-5 days" to who knows how long, I am now that long without charged heading aides.

Though the battery I ordered didn't work. Hears Hearing and Hearables responded to my request for a refund which they did soon after I contacted them. Very friendly, helpful and understanding.
