Dear Rheanna Perez, We’re pleased to see that your package was successfully delivered on February 14, 2025, after being routed through Florida and Texas by the postal carrier. Through our research, we found that postal carriers sometimes transit packages through distant states due to their network of distribution centers. Packages are sorted and routed for efficiency, which can result in unexpected travel paths to ensure timely delivery. While it may seem unusual, this process helps streamline the shipping system. We appreciate your patience, as the package was delivered within the expected timeframe for this type of transit. We hope you find our explanation helpful in understanding how the postal carrier operates in these uncommon situations. Thank you for your time and understanding. Best regards, Healthy Organic Shop

Hello Everyone, We have reached out to the buyer twice regarding their concern about receiving two items in the same color, but we have not received a response. To clarify, the boxes contain massagers, and while the images on the packaging are identical due to our manufacturer’s design, each box is clearly labeled with its respective color. It is likely that the buyer only looked at the outer packaging and did not open both boxes before leaving their feedback. Hopefully, by now, the buyer has checked the contents and noticed the correct colors. Thank you! Best regards, Healthy Organic Shop
