Hello Everyone, We have reached out to the buyer twice regarding their concern about receiving two items in the same color, but we have not received a response. To clarify, the boxes contain massagers, and while the images on the packaging are identical due to our manufacturer’s design, each box is clearly labeled with its respective color. It is likely that the buyer only looked at the outer packaging and did not open both boxes before leaving their feedback.
