I was sent the wrong mat. I e mailed them over 10 times to try to get the mat I was supposed to get and they said it was their fault, but they could not give me the correct mat! I was livid! After spending so many hours e mailing them I finally gave up and just accepted the mat they gave me!!!

I adore my mats!! I purchased 2 mats a little over a year ago. One is a soft model, with crushed stones, with just the heat option. The other is a firm mat with disks of stones, the photon lights, and the pemf setting. I absolutely love both and sleep on one or the other every night. The firm is quite firm so took some getting used to, but now a non-issue for me. It also took getting used to the powerful effects of them, in terms of de-toxification, or dehydration. I live in a very dry climate, so I found I needed to drink more electrolyte infused water in order to keep up with it. I also felt detox symptoms if I did too much at first, as did others who tried the mats. The pemf setting was too much for me at first but now I use it all the time. Now that I am used to the mats I swear by how well they keep my body humming. I have been engaged in a long carpentry home building project for the past year and after a grueling roofing day, I received the mats in the mail, immediately slept on one. The next day I felt like a new person. No residual aches and pains from total exhaustion the night before. I was sold from the first day of use! I also really look forward to climbing into a warm bed in this cold mountain climate, knowing that the heat is also healing. I wouldn't hesitate to encourage anyone to purchase a mat. They are a cost investment for sure, but I have found a very worthwhile one. I am a body worker, and normally spend plenty to receive bodywork. In other words I truly believe in health, preventative body care, and am willing to spend what is necessary to stay in good shape. I am 62, and have noticed aging coming on during the past 2 years, which were also among the most stressful of my life for various reasons. Since getting these mats, I have had few therapeutic body treatments, as my body is able to recover from too much exercise, lifting or stress, just by using the mats diligently. I have no way of knowing how long they will last, with the electrical wiring nature of them. But even if they broke today, I feel I would have gotten my money's worth overall. I also had need for customer service one time, and they were marvelous at responding to me immediately , with respect and helpful suggestions to problem solve my issue. I am just so grateful that these amazing mats exist. I intend to use them the rest of my days!

Love my mat! Sleep on it every night I am at home. I don’t think I could be without it.

Love love love my mat!! Keeps me warm in these cold snowy months. TAJ 74x28 soft full body length. Company sent a cover for free that it didn’t come with. Would recommend it and buy it again!
