Awesome product. Didn't take long to get use to.

Couldn't reset password after requesting the link several times. After finally receiving a link and being able to reset the password the site still was saying the information was incorrect. Couldn't purchase under my own account.

I consider buying this product (infra-mat pro) one of the best things I have done for my well being. I LOVE my mat! I use it on my massage table for my massage clients and they love it also. It adds an extra element of deep relaxation that they appreciate. I will be buying an extra to leave on my bed to sleep on. I am looking forward to that! Thank you for such a quality product that I have come to rely on to relieve my hard working achy muscles and joints!

excellent service, I would highly recommend the company and its products. I love my mat and sleep on it many nights on low, 38C, or around 100 degrees Fahrenheit and then increase the temperature for the last hour to 45C, or about 113 degrees before getting up. After several months we purchased a 2nd mat so we each have one now :-)

This company is great to work with. My product was delivered exactly when promised. The heating mat was 100% what I expected after reading the description. I was very pleased with my overall experience.

The product I am pleased with. The people I met at the conference are stellar but the girl that answered the coustomer service line was a horrible experience. They charged my card an extra thousand eighty without authorization . When I called to clear it up she told me I had been sent two. I told her that I didn’t want two. She said I must of been their in person to do it. I was no where in the state! She inferred I was a liar and I asked to talk to her Boss she said I couldn’t. I told her I need my money back on card instantly it had caused me Finacial burden and now my time. She keep referring to her policy that required I fix her screwup before she would return unauthorized charge. It’s been over a month and chucked at my credit store. Coustomer service was horribe experience!

I sit on my pad everyday to renew and strengthen my body energetically! I have severe spinal stenosis, herniated lumbar disks and replaceable hips. Healthy line is the only pain medication I have ! Even my husband who does not believe in anything energetic is always sitting on my pads!

I have just started using my Healthyline Pro Mat in addition with Reflexology. My customers have already seen benefits. I am very please so far.
