Healthy Benefits is a free bonus that comes with some of the Medicare Advantage programs, and it's worth every penny you pay. The website for ordering appears to have been constructed by a bunch of third graders. Take that back. no reason to insult third graders. Total of my order for food items was just over $13 and system said I have $14+ in my account. So the system wouldn't let me checkout until I gave my credit card number because "your order totals more than your account credit." I called the help line number and was told that I have to order both food items and OTC items at the same time for the order process to work. Of course, this information is nowhere to be found on the order website. After finally obeying all the special, unprinted rules, and submitting my order, I noticed that two of the quantities had changed from what I ordered! The system merely transposed two orders. Now where are those third graders when you really need them.

Healthy Benefits will rip you off. Take orders and the money off debit card and often no delivery.

They keep changing the app. They actually had it good last year when I could use fingerprint. Now I can't search for vitamins it give me a few options. Mostly stuff I never heard of. We all have till sometime in March to change insurance company. Probably what I am doing.

I can use the app great, I like the features of being able to order what I need and have them shipped, I am glad I can use mine anywhere accepted Walmart, Food Lion, CVS, Dollar General. I enjoy this app it seems to work for me.

I have been repeatedly frustrated by this program. I can hardly find anything worthwhile on it. Also, the plan has cut benefits five dollars this year. It is hardly worth the effort.

Phone number on back of card isn't valid anymore when directed to website it no longer works the a.i. bot doesn't work probably just another scam to prevent from gaining access to the benefits program. Don't waste your time

Stupid app. Whoever created this app must have made a lot of money. Worst app I have ever come across. You would think they would have made this app more usable for seniors. It freezes, locks, churns and does nothing else.

Absolutely the most incompetent employees and customer service. Have had this card for 3 yrs and nothing but problems. The IT head at the company needs replaced with someone more competent. My cat could run the service better and he’d be a lot cheaper
