Suddenly my "healthy food benefit" card doesn't cover the frozen vegetables I normally buy at walmart. My health insurance company just tells me to contact HB+ via their website, which I did. An automated email says they will respond in 1-2 days, but that was 2.5 weeks ago. So I'm buying a bunch of high-fat pumpkin seed kernels instead of vegetables. Apparently they think that's healthy food because the card covers it. What a pathetic company.

Repeated complaints are not addressed. Search is slow to non-existent. I ordered 3 products and that took 45 minutes. Ridiculous.

I would give it a 0 if I could! Completely worthless. This is regarding using the online webpage for Healthy Benefits. I don't have the app because there is no more room on my phone for another app and I shouldn't be forced to download another app. You cannot purchase anything through their website because it hangs up and doesn't work. They blamed walmart and walmart blames them. The one time I was able to use my benefits I had to call and have the rep find the products I was trying to order and complete the process for me over the phone. This was the 2nd time I tried to use it and it hung up again with the loading circle endlessly going around and around and never completing the transaction! By the time you go back or refresh, one of your items is suddenly out of stock. So you look for another item and again it hangs up. Nothing but frustration and completely worthless!

Worst website ever. I’m a website designer & whatever group of Moro s who created this protocol has never actually gone to the site to try to use it. Bad sign in process Difficult move between areas Hard to use the order process Bad check out procedure Too many dead end loops Too tune consuming to use Irreverent data taking up space Bad password creation protocol Cart difficult to negotiate No explanation if how too use the app Bad app design Not user friendly It probably worked with their in house computers when they were showing it in a boardroom but not in the real world experience No input from actual users Time waster Cannot leave criticism the system would not allow me to SUBMIT WORST WEBSITE EVER & SEEN MANY. This website needs a five gallon can of fuel and a way to light it. You need to start over and design something that works. Just read the other reviews. How do these people stay in business?

No communication, customer service slow. Very disappointed on how my issue was handled.

I wouldn't even give them one star but I can't write the review with no stars. Seems to be another fraud, scam, way to keep everyone in poverty while the government pays these useless "programs" our tax money. Where does the money go that expires on the card? Yeah, I thought so. I didn't ask for the card, it just showed up in my mail.

Absolutely Terrible!!

I don’t understand why do you give a card out put $100 on it tell me I have a few days to use it before the end of the month and then tell me a first you’re gonna give me another hundred dollars when I can’t even use the card. Walmart, barely accepts anything the people at the store don’t care to help you. They don’t tell you what products you can get or food. Walgreens make me pay cash. Every time I try to use the car they want some sort of cash anything the bare minimum you have to use your own personal money so today I have $100 in a couple days. I’ll have another a brand new hundred dollars cause the old hundred dollars is gonna expire because no one used it. I just received the card today. I’m throwing the whole damn card in the garbage. It’s almost like somebody saying I’m helping you but I’m gonna make it so difficult that I’m not really helping you but to everyone else it looks like help so basically the insurance company is gonna keep all the money at the end because most people won’t be able to use the damn card. oh and the best part is you can’t get a catalog because you have to have a special type of insurance to get a book to order from imagine that.
