I ordered on March 31st and received an order received email. Have not heard back since. Credit card was charged. Order #88308. I know they said 21 days to ship, but I don't think I'll order from this company again

Hello! I am sorry to hear that. We actually sent you a msg and we have been waiting to hear back. It looks like you tried to take advantage of the Dallas promotion but you live in another state. Original email to you from customer service below. "I researched your issue. If you check your order confirmation, it looks like you chose the local delivery option. Because you live outside our local Dallas area it created an issue in the system. Unfortunately, the manufacturer is having production issues and we haven’t been told when they will be sending more stock of this product. So, I just canceled and issued you a full refund on that order. I am sorry for that inconvenience."

I made the mistake of not designating…
I made the mistake of not designating my address instead of Dallas for shipment and when I contacted Health Central, Melody did an excellent job of checking my order and rushing it to me. It arrived in excellent condition and was well-packaged. I am very, very pleased!

Ordered, charged, no Order Number, no Product Received and No Response From Company
I placed my order on April 3, 2023 and while the payment was withdrawn from my account the next day I never received an order number. I emailed your company three times to get the status of my order and received no response. I'd like my order filled ASAP or my money refunded.

Order #85747 I ordered on March 20. Until today April 27 I have received no updates even trying to contact them 3 times via chat or email. I was charged for the amount of my order on the same day it was purchased. Overall bad experience with no updates or even receiving my order. Last time that I order from this company
