I ordered mullein tea capsules almost a month ago. I have received no updates. I was charged for the amount of my order on the same day it was purchased. Overall bad experience with no updates or even receiving my order.

This is an unusual good review as I never received the product that I had ordered. I made the order knowing the manufacturer, Garden of Life, was backlogged on its Grow Bone System. As suspected, 35+ days elapsed with no shipment or activity. Here's the reason for the positive review: I decided to cancel the order and request a full refund. It was granted same day, no hassle or delay. Good business practice!

Such a good price I bought two of the product! Somehow managed to indicate local shipping, I think it was, which meant a long wait since I'm definitely not local. When I contacted Customer Service, the order was shipped very soon after. Wish there was more opportunity for free shipping, I'd definitely shop more.
