Extremely easy to use and wonderful customer service. We scheduled an employee for a drug screen and when they arrived at the location they indicated they didn't do drug screening. Within 5 minutes of calling customer service, they were able to get the issue resolved. Our company will not be scheduling drug screens through any other service from here on out.

Great experience working with health street. They made things really easy and simple. I liked being notified that the drug screen my employee did had been completed and the results were sent to me the next day. Only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars, was the price. I felt it was a little high for a drug screen in comparison to most others. But other then that, they were great.

I booked three appointments online. Two of the locations listed on Health Street, where I sent my employees, did not do collections. This cost me money and time. Why do you provide a list of locations that do not provide the service? Very dissappointing.
