Signing up for the Random DOT pool was not very clear. When I first inquired with the company I was told to do everything online. Having thought all required information was submitted, I called wondering why I was never billed for the services. Talking to customer support, I was able to pay for the services and then was guided on how to set up employees and told what further steps were required.

At first, I was very impressed with how easy it was to sign up and have an employee complete a drug screening. However, everywhere on the website and when I spoke to someone directly, it was indicated to me that negative test results would be returned within 48 hours and positive results would be sent within 5 days. I did not receive any results for 8 working days; 12 days total. This means I had to hold this employee's job in limbo for almost two weeks. I expected faster results.

The girls that work there can really use some customer service training. They are not very friendly. I will not go to that office in Monahans again!

It is easy and quick to schedule employees, along with timely updates about when they arrive to their appointment. The results are sent back in a timely manner, as well.
