My driver brought in our Federal Chain of Custody form and your collectors refused to use it. I asked the person who answered the phone to give the driver the employers copy of the COC and BAT form. She said she would. She did not. Now we do not have the copy of the form that is prescribed by the DOT and the electronic copy is illegible and unacceptable. I will not be using your services again.

I ordered a drug and alcohol test, but only received results for drugs?? I also never received confirmation that the employee went to the location for testing. Barcode was never scanned?? Challenging first try of your service.

Our employee expected to fail this drug test. They admitted to using recently. Yet, all his results cam back negative. Much wasted time and money for false results.
