Fast processing

I have tried another 3rd party for Labcorp and I received no response after trying for days. I finally found Health Street and was extremely impressed with how quick and efficient they were. Miss James was wonderful and I highly recommend Health Street!

Getting results from your company is very difficult. Every time I call, I get a different answer and after I hang up the answer is incorrect. The last time I called the person on the other end was very rude and condescending. I would suggest that your company give test results with in the 2-5 business days as stated. Also, your customers should not have to spend over a week trying to run down the results with no avail.

We use Health Street for pre-employment drug testing and random drug testing. They make the process very easy and results are back quickly.

I find the service extremely easy to use. I have had a few questions and called customer service and they were friendly and professional. I am extremely satisfied. I also appreciate the email notifications I receive during the different steps in the process. Thanks for a consistently great experience.
