Fast easy accurate sevices

I've used Health Street before and didn't have a problem but this time makes me want to never use them again. I was waiting on 2 tests and finally got the first one back. I was unable to log in. The system told me I had no account. Staff person Cecilia was professional and helpful AFTER I was hung up on multiple times. I had to call again a week later to get the 2nd test results. 1st time I was hung up on by Louis when he resent the link I never got and I was trying to tell him the system won't allow me to log on. Then I was hung up on 2 addl times and got Queava, who said that doesn't happen and it's a new system and not their fault. Verbally lashed me and argued with me, talking over me, all while telling me the call was being recorded. (Lets hope so) She resent the link to me and I couldn't log on. If you try and reset the password, you have to go back into email to get the reset code and by the time you get back to HealthStreet, the code is no good. She sent the results to me and when I said I got it, she hung up on me, as well. No goodbye, no thank you, nothing. This is a good argument for people NOT to be working from home, without supervision.

I am completely shocked at the lack of knowledge and protection to my confidential, LEGAL, and legitimate Rx written by my dr. Not ONLY did you completely violate HIPPA LAW . All I see is RED. I’ll be contacting health street first thing in the morning . You guys used to be professional and protected the right of the persons whose urine you were screening. NOT ANYMORE. Unbelievable
