Health Street staff has always been especially responsive in answering any questions I gave and in offering their help. Shervon is an amazing employee and such a joy to deal with.

We needed to order a background check, drug test, and PA DMV Report for a van driver that my firm is hiring. The drug test process was outstanding. The test was ordered right away, the applicant got is test taken that day, and we got the results within a few days. For the background checks, it was a nightmare. I had to call customer service several times, and most times they didn't get back to me. It wasn't until I threatened with wanting a refund that they did contact the background check company that they use and I got the results. The DMV driver records check was even more of a nightmare, and I still haven't gotten the results back almost a month later. After a few weeks, they told me that there was a special form that I had to send the the DMV in PA. The form had to be notorized and then mailed the Health Street's background check company. I still haven't gotten the results back. We had to hire the driver anyway on the condition of the results. Our firm does not plan to use this company again.

Health Street provided very professional and fast service. I would definitely recommend them to other businesses. Shervon was a pleasure to work with over the telephone as she stayed on the line with me and walked me through the registration process.

Wonderful Service! My experiences with Health Street have always been exceptional. It's very easy to use, and I have encountered no problems at all in using it. I get timely emails notifying me of the progress of a person's test, and invoices are delivered to me automatically. I couldn't ask for an easier process.

Too much time from initial to final disposition. I was told 24/48 hours for a negative screen. Mine took over 5 days
