If I could give negative stars I would. One of the absolutely most frustrating and aggravating experiences I've ever had. You're much better off going straight thru a doctor instead of these clowns.

I had an urgent question on a Saturday. I had email contact with a representative on that day but after an initial exchange, they totally dissapeared - very dissapointing after many positive experiences with health Street

Terrible customer service. Incredibly rude personnel. I had to call four times for them to send me proof that I took a paternity test.

I had to email 2 times to get my results. I got email stating I would get results in 2 to 12 hours and in took over 100 hours and I probably would not have gotten them if I had not inquired. I would never use your service again.

The woman who helped me was wonderful and answered all my questions and was very professional she let me take a urine test even though I was a few minutes late past the time they closed which she does not do for everyone she says but I had called and I was in desperate situation. I received my results quickly just as they said I would and I am very pleased with their services and would recommend them to anyone.

I have experienced minimal wait times during phone calls, polite and knowledgable conversations when reaching live staff, timely updated communications via text, and results via email. All of these are most appreciated and constitute excellent service!
