100% Pleased
As an employer, I love the ease of ordering/paying through the online account. When ordering pre-employment drug testing, I get notifications at every step along the process. When needing customer service, someone always responds immediately. Very happy with 5 years of service from Health-Street.

Completely un-knowledgeable about the local clinics and unable to provide appropriate assistance. In the future, we are going to deal with the clinics directly. Total waste.
